My Story: Giving Back to Nigeria through MiGO Mobile
I am Ademola George Evans, a Nigerian young man who has had the privilege of getting top-notch education and training from the best institutions across the globe. I have traveled globally, worked with big international companies, and led teams to success. But I have been grappling with a nagging question: “How do I give back to my people, what do I give back to Nigeria?”
My Ambition: Investing in Humanity through MiGO Mobile
My long-term dream was to own a mobile and computer manufacturing company. But my greater ambition was to invest in humanity. I started an NGO for this purpose. To sustain this vision without breaking the bank, I co-founded MiGO Mobile. We are designing unique, efficient, and innovative devices that solve problems for Nigerians – with their needs in mind.
My Vision
At MiGO Mobile, my vision is clear and impactful:
- Creating Devices for Nigerians: We design world-class products tailored to meet the unique needs and lifestyle of Nigerians.
- Reinvesting Profits into Humanity: Revenue from MiGO Mobile will be used to support vulnerable communities, advance technology in tertiary institutions, and empower graduates to become globally competitive.
- Empowering Students: Through the MiGO Mobile Impact Programs, we are offering full scholarships to Nigerian students and mentoring them to dream big and achieve greatness—just like visionaries such as George Evans, Dangote, Otedola, or Elon Musk.
Our ultimate goal is to bridge Nigeria’s digital divide by providing affordable, high-quality smartphones and laptops. To make this vision accessible to everyone, MiGO Mobile has partnered with Credit Direct & Klump to offer flexible payment plans, ensuring that more Nigerians can own reliable and innovative devices.
